We suggest you reserve your items as soon as you have decided on a date for your event and the approximate number of guests. All rental items are on a first come, first serve basis.

Most prices quoted are for a one day event. If you desire to use rental items for a longer period, please call our office for long term rates. All charges are for time out, whether used or not.

To secure the reservation of rental items, we require a deposit of 50% with a signed rental agreement. At 3 months prior to the date of your event, the 50% becomes non-refundable. The deposit will be applied to the final bill and balance which is due upon delivery of the rental items. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if the rental is cancelled less than 3 month of the event or the date of the event changes. Cancellation of the entire order must be done 90 days prior to your event date or entire deposit will be forfeited.

Absolutely! Additions are welcome based on availability. Small deletions prior to delivery can be accommodated. Major deletions can result in forfeiture of deposit since we eliminated anyone else from reserving them that day.

We accept cash, money order, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and AMEX. We do not accept personal checks. Final payment is due at 7 days prior to the delivery of your order. Arrangements can be made to make final payment by charge of a credit or debit card on the day of delivery.

A refundable security deposit is required on all orders. The amount of security is determined by the size of your order. This can be paid by cash or card. If you give us your credit card number we can simply hold the number until all returned rentals are clear of damages. Cash will also be returned to you after successful return and clearance of rental items.

Small orders may be picked up. However any orders of furniture, martini trees, or pipe and drapes must be delivered.

Yes we do. Our roundtrip delivery fee is $85. There is also an additional fee for deliveries with stairs and/or freight elevators or deliveries made outside of our standard hours. More information regarding Deliveries can be found on our Services page.

Our standard delivery hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday. However, we do understand that many locations, venues and events do not fall within these parameters, and therefore, we do operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet your event requirements. Deliveries, installations, and pickups that do not fall within our standard delivery hours will be charged additional fees.

However, we do understand that many locations, venues and events do not fall within these parameters, and therefore, we do operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet your event requirements. Deliveries, installations, and pickups that do not fall within our standard pickup hours will be charged additional fees.

Yes. Set up and breakdown is included with all party planning packages. If you opted to only rent from us, you can add on setup and breakdown at an additional fee. Please contact us to get an exact quote for your next special event!

Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from time of receipt until time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather at all times. The customer will be charged the replacement cost for damaged or missing items, including boxes, crates, and carts.

Rinse only. You do not need to wash the items, but please rinse them clean of food and place them in the containers in which they were issued.

Items returned without being rinsed will incur a cleaning fee of at least 30% of the total rental cost of those food service items.

Please shake linens free of food and confetti. Please do not place linens in plastic bags; this may lead to mildew. Use linen bags provided by Luxfetti Events.
